Sure love fall fishing!!
To bad every weekend is raining or to windy
I'm sure you have figured it out by now but they are edible. I prefer to peel them off myself though
Yea... That's what I've been doing too. I ate half the first one before it hit me. I peeled the rest.
Funny story about the red casing. Baked a ham once that was handed out at work. Took it out the bag, rinse it, put on some brown sugar rub. Covered it with pineapple rings and cherrys, like we used to and bake according to instructions. When came time to carve, my BIL did the honors. He came and asked me about the dark red stuff. The slices had rings, like some bologna. Well, we peeled the rest before carving. All the flavor went into the trash! lol
I find I'm better at eating, than cooking. I leave that to the professionals.
Have you guys ever tried Kentucky Legend Hams? They are small, and smoked, come in Honey Baked, Maple, Double Smoked, and several others. You can get them already sliced in the package. Gon't want to start nothin' like the Arizona Heat deal, but these hams are great.
Finally made it out fishing, went down to Gun lake for couple hours and all I caught was a stick
Sure was a nice night to be out on the water
Gun season is just around the corner, good luck to all
