I was using a 3/8oz jighead chartreuse and zoom plastic shad style bait black back, grey body. Yes that football shaped one is a walleye

I think Kevin fed the fish the pizza from the box he has the fish laying on! Judging from the color of the fish and the weight of the jigs, I would say those are Tittabawasee or Saginaw river fish. Too dark to be Erie/ Detroit river fish.

Reports out of Erie are the same. Giant fish just south of the Michigan/Ohio boarder. Might jump in on a Friday trip with a buddy of mine. Although I could hurry up and mount my transducers and trolling motor!!! No rod holders yet so trolling would be out. OR, I could just tag along with Kevin. Who knows, I might find something in his boat I might need!
