Breasts sliced about 1/4 inch thick and 1 1/2 inches wide. Wrapped around a slice of jalapeno and a tater tot then the whole thing wrapped with a slice of bacon. Baked until bacon is done then put in a skillet with General Tsos sauce and simmered until the sauce is totally reduced and is a sticky coating on the duck bites. Oh yeah, it cooks up reeeeal good.
