I agree with your assessment of WM and his colors. I find chartreuse and white very effective as well. And BLTs you say? We make them a lot here and recently had one with our first tomato of the season. Never tried cheese though. It’s just a toasted bun, bacon, lettuce and tomato with some Hellmans mayo.
