If it was me I would put the original stuff back on and get it running. Then I would look up the info on setting the timing. If you had all that stuff off it's not going to be timed right even though it may run ok. If you don't you may have just wasted the money and time you spent on the rebuild. Make sure you have the flywheel torqued down properly or it could turn on the crank.
