    Default Windy but fun

Started out at the spot that was iced up yesterday no this am but whole troop of otters after chasing them away I got 4 yellow perch and 2 crappie and 1 bass then it got windy and I couldn't seem to get anymore. Went home got my son and headed to another spot I thought we could do better in the wind We caught em good for awhile before the wind just got to bad. We got about 15 y.perch 2more crappie and we landed 9 pickeral and lost about 5 jigs to some others. We kept 11 perch and 2 crappie from there. My son crappie dude had fun fighting and netting pickeral I told him that was good practice for salt water fishing this summer. We fished about 3hrs at spot #2

Sweet, looks like a good time. Did you use plastics or bait?

Both pastics and minnows We usually just use art. for crappie but these perch seem to really be wanting minnows right now.

Thanks for the info. Went out today and caught some perch. We had a hard time staying on fish with that wind blowing, even with an anchor out.
