I used to use 2/0 gold hooks all the time when I used minnows. Those look to be a little bigger than gold hooks.

I would tend to think they are catfish hooks , but we did manage to ketch a few nice crappie with some tiny circle hooks and live shad one day when we were after smallmouth bass on lake Texoma
