I've gotten a few times. A computer restart, or reboot usually takes care of the problem... I think mine is caused by my laptop needing a new battery. If I unplug the electric cord, the laptop shuts off...

one thing for certain in this world , if an entity wants to get to know ya , it seems to be pretty easily accomplished.
I had spectrum on the line the other day for 15 minutes , mind you this ,they sounded a bit sketchy ......
it was about a new discounted monthly plan and it sounded to good to be true .....
they offered up a huge 50% off for 3 years version of my plan .....
they knew EVERYTHING about my service and EVEN the amount due when with VERY little info .
just my name and address , no security code or anything else ....
I ran at them a bit to make sure they "were" the real spectrum ....
the recorded ladies voice was the EXACT same and the hold music was the EXACT same ....
I kinda knew after a short bit they duped spectrum and really started playing with the "haji" on the other end .....
man was the fella good , he tried really hard to trick me ....
it was amazing how well he was trained to say the right things to get ya to take the bait ....
last words were well , maybe mail me all the particulars and let me look at them with my wife ....
knowing full well what would happen next ....
he was oh no sir can't do that there isn't time for this its only a 24 hour promo ......
told him no thanks and maybe next time ....
his number worked several times , I called it back twice .....
I proceeded to call the real spectrum twice and hammer them as to why someone was out there ....
with a duplicate spectrum asking for 10 months in advance to secure the "BEST" deal ever ......
buyer beware yawl .....just saying
