James is confined to his bed and returned home from the hospital covered with bed sores. He awakened yesterday and spoke briefly and is eating small amounts of puréed foods. He is skin and bones and is missing half his skull and brain but is still alive. Thank you for keeping him is y’all’s prayers.

We visited Jimmy on Thursday and he is now moving his right side only. His left side remains paralyzed due to the stroke and a good portion of the right side of his brain having been removed. He told my wife he loved her and while she was feeding him dinner he took the spoon and fed himself a bit 5 or 6 times. We aren’t sure if he actually knows us but the progress is amazing.
