Upgraded to livescope a couple of years ago. It has caused me to alter several methods of catching crappie. As I have gotten better at using the technology the catching has increased. However, crappie do not automatically jump in the boat when they see or hear the LS transduce (many times they swim off). One of the advantages for me has been not fishing water with no fish. LS has improved my ability to find fish but just finding them does not mean they will bite. I still have to adjust color, presentation, etc. Sometimes the adjustments work other times not so much. I view LS as another tool in the toolbox, expensive yes but everything we use (boat, motor, rods, reel, etc.) cost more these days. Good discussion and this is just my .
