Jack has it right, besides I don't move the tube during winter deep water fishing so I am liking not having to re-bait with nibbles. Plasticer Oil does not react with the tube. Thanks again to "Sir" CrappiePappy (Now a Knight of the Crappie Realm to me) I only had 12 fish, eleven needed the net, filled a gallon ziplock bag of fillets to a point where I could not zip it closed. This was Tidal River fish, not "Lake" Crappie. I had the best 12 BIG river Crappie fishing afternoon of my life. We fish all day for 3 bites of Mule Speckled Trout but when you get a bite it's a 25+ inch trout. I'm liking catching these monster river fish in my backyard and believe CrappiePappy's suggestion is the reason I had the success I had. ketchn turned my attention to something else that just killed it on Ross Barnett the week before Christmas. Both these guy's information is "Top Shelf"!
