I agree with all the others here. I grew up in a family of fishing folk. A person's spot was his until he left it. Even today as much as I would like to just stop by and say, hi hos it go'n ,I won't . As i travel around the lake here I do pay attention to where a person may be fishing and make note to try that spot one day. Last Sunday I fished woltever bride area with several others both on the bank and in boats.... no one crowed anyone else. A fellow on the bank was catching crappie and encouraged me to work in the area. But that is something I could not do. Respect of other people fishing is what makes us better people and fishermen.. please don't be upset I used the male pronoun, I know there are many great fisherwomen also.![]()
