I fish when I can without planning around the tables. I do believe there is some validity to them though. Many times in the past when I've had fish seemingly turn on for awhile and then quit biting I've gone back and compared the time to what the solunar tables predicted and more often than not there was pretty close alignment. Of course I've also had a few day where the fish bite all through the day and many more days where they didn't seem to bite at all during any time of the day
