When it comes to fishing/hunting I pay absolutely no attention to that kinda thing. Not that I think it’s completely bs. But I’m going regardless so I don’t let any negativity grab hold because a chart says I’m wasting my time. In any case I believe weather trumps all.
Seems everyone these days are selling dreams, I'm just to cheap to buy one!

The only weather that affects my fishing is lightning and wind over 15 mph. The boat can take it but I can’t!

I have followed the Sol/Lunar forecasts for a good 5 years - pretty much with no luck. I don't let it dictate when I go fishing. Each trip I take I record the "best fishing times", which is a 2 hour window and their predicted 1, 2, 3 or 4 star day in my fishing log. I watch the time while I am fishing and make a mental note of when the bulk of the catches (if any) were happening, before, during or after that 2 hour window. There were 4 star days where I was completely skunked and 1 star days that were some of the best I have ever had. There were times when the catches didn't start until it was in that "best bite" 2 hour window. In short - I find it interesting which is why I record it but I don't follow it.

The only exception I can make to this is full moon and new moon, give or take a couple days before and after it. Some fish seem to bite more, some start their runs out of the bays to the ocean. Moon phase dictates a lot of my saltwater trips be it fishing or crabbing. I don't notice it as much in freshwater.

This is the one I use: Best Fishing Times for January 2021 | Fishingreminder
