BuckeyeCrappie, I understand fighting the beauracracy for sure...Every time I have to deal with a state or federal government office. I some times would rather wear red long johns in a pasture full of bulls with a common pair of pliers to pull their teeth than deal with the govt., cause you would get more accomplished with the pliers.
