I find that better quality products last longer, work better, and cost more. You get what you pay for. Sure the fish don't care, or do they? Especially when they self release?
In the end, it's your money and you have to justify spending it. We all have different life circumstances, incomes, and budgets. If you want to spend $1 or $1,000 dollars on a lure, it's no skin off my back. All the power to you. Enjoy.
