Spider rigging on a 14ft lowe big jon

I have Hi-Tech but they did not come with the BIG knob for adjusting, I'm guessing that is something you added? Where would one find those at?

I have Hi-Tek rod holders, so I bought the studded knobs to fit it :
The big knobs I have under each rod holder are a (part number 2454K53 ) - 1/16"-18 x 1.5" threaded stud 2.5" diameter.
The small knobs I have on the top of the T-bar are a (part number 2454K67 ) - 5/16" - 18 x 1.5" threaded stud 1.75" diameter.
