That link talks a lot about the image issue. There is a new field on image files called "orientation". Some devices recognize it and others do not. Some software recognizes it and others do not. So if you look at an image on your windows 10 pc and its orientated correctly in explorer, on a website it may not be. And the goofy thing is, even if you try rotating it, that orientation setting may not be changed and it'll still be screwed up. Read that link to fix images and make it stick! Bottom line is, Microsoft made a change and screwed everything up. Hopefully the vbulletin sfwr I run will have a fix some day.
