I'm in TN this week vacationing and doing a little fishing. Our hotel has a dorm fridge that isn't very cold. I thinking about just putting my cleaned fillets in a cooler in a bag and covering them with ice and draining and recovering each day. Should that keep them cold enough for a few days?
