I made that call again after I came back from town -- Bird dropped the ball and didn't get the auth. for the Helix return. this time the Lady said it aint suppose to do that -- My point exactly... She had us erase the SD card and start over with the download of the software then put the card in again. In Diagnostic the card shows -- but the software will not download into the Helix -- the same with the Navionics card,, it sees it but that is all.. HO-RAHH we got a number for the return and the Unit is Boxed up - tomorrow it will be on its way to Alabama Thanks for asking Chip
