Larry, do you have a way of getting a boat down from Michigan? I have a 14' V bottom without a trailer that you can take for the winter if you can get it to Louisiana. Have a transom mount trolling motor you can take as well. If that doesn't work I know a guy in Columbia, La that I can call, maybe he can help you out.

I don't know if your interested or not but Uncle Buds does rent Kayaks now and paddle boards as well.

You and Sandy enjoy your winter. Me, Steve and Jeff will be down for the Darbonne camp, then I'm coming back down late November and again early March. Maybe we can get together and visit.

Yes, I knew that, I never been in a Kayak. Something will work out. Leaving in the morning so I will check it out when we get there. Thanks to all who tried to help.
