Larry, do you have a way of getting a boat down from Michigan? I have a 14' V bottom without a trailer that you can take for the winter if you can get it to Louisiana. Have a transom mount trolling motor you can take as well. If that doesn't work I know a guy in Columbia, La that I can call, maybe he can help you out.

Hi Jerry and thanks. I'm pulling my 5er. and were leaving Fri. morning. I will look for a boat when I get down there. Maybe buy a cheap one and sell it when I leave. Thanks for your offer. Have a good winter. Be careful.

You and Sandy enjoy your winter. Me, Steve and Jeff will be down for the Darbonne camp, then I'm coming back down late November and again early March. Maybe we can get together and visit.

I don't know if your interested or not but Uncle Buds does rent Kayaks now and paddle boards as well.
