After I switched to the baby shad style he was still catching more than me, but I was catching now. He was using 4lb line I was using 12lb only thing I can think of was his bait was falling different than mine. It was neat seeing how finicky the fish were.

Experiment with some of that braid I left in your truck. You'll feel the jig and bite better than with that 12# mono
