I don't fish for crappie very often and I keep very few bass so I've gotten by with a cheap Academy store brand knife which works better than the weak Rapala I have. It looks like prefers shiners has the Rapala Heavy-Duty Electric Filet Knife. I may have to get one once I figure out how to catch them crappies.
I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this $50 model....it is so fast & so strong I can not believe it.....the first few fish I cleaned I accidentally cut all the way through...
