for not checking out fillet knives.....I have been using one of the cheaper knives from Academy for years....cost $20-$25....I won't mention the name....buy extra blades all the time.....
Well, at San Miguel this year while at the fish cleaning station watching my grandson clean our fish, I heard Danny (fishfried) and Mitch Glen cleaning fish beside us..I say heard because I was not watching but just listening to how smooth and the speed their knife was going...zip....zip....zip...and ours was groaning .......just had to ask and they were using a Rapala......first order of business back in Baton Rouge was a trip to Academy....several models to choose from and I picked one for $50....I have never been so impressed and excited that cleaning fish just got 1000% easier.....for Nick that is, he wants to clean all our fish....we going tomorrow...
So, Danny & Mitch, thanks guys for teaching this senior something new....
