I figured I'd really get a lot more speed out of that one. Well I timed a mile run with each and found that they pushed the boat almost the same speed, but the 15 looked like a real motor compared to the little turtle shell looking 9.5. Enjoy your new creation and there is nothing wrong with going slow and small, you get to see a lot more and in most cases catch more fish.

And you are so right, sir. Your story reminds me a lot of us. Most of my fish time is after work and mostly after dark it seems. That's the weekend "getaway"boat. But it's allowed me to see more of fishing a river system.
Learned a bunch quick.
Waters low, fish against any type of current where water is running backwards and there's extreme depth changes bf the current break.
I catch mor fish in the twenty mins bf dark after work. than I do on a 4 hr weekend trip.
Sure is fun and hope Lindsey n I can do it as looks no as you n Mrs Linda have.
