    Default Old River @ Texaco Town Report


    Finally got to make a trip to Old River Saturday. Water was stained, no current. Caught 14 good fish with the largest measuring 15 1/4". Tried fishing tops and trolling. Caught all trolling on a variety of colors. Have not figured out the picture posting, but I will work on it. I know I always enjoy seeing pictures.

    Is this at the end of Hwy 28 East near Catahoula Lake?? If so which side did you fish?

    Yes it is, fished on the Catahoula Lake side.
