I grew up fishing the other side of the Basin; Grand River Flats, 21' Canal, Grand Lake etc. There the typical go to is a dead end canal or some spots with a run out near by or drain from the woods. I am somewhat familiar with Henderson and have located very few locations like this.
When your fishing are you just trolling the banks in some of the bays/lakes,off the flats, or are there more locations like I am familiar with but haven't found in Henderson? I've not traveled much beyond north Bigeaux and Bay Haha/Pelba and further south I am familiar with "the boulevard" and Bayou Farine. I just want get a better idea of what I could be doing wrong. I went Friday afternoon fished from 430 till dark, caught some nice bass on top water and crankbait but only caught one sac-a-lait.
