    Default Cypress Lake 12/28

I got tired of sitting around the house and watching it rain... So I put my rain gear on and headed out after lunch. They were biting when I got there and bit til 4 then they turned off like flipping a switch. They were on the flats in 14 foot of water some shiners were harmed

Very impressive for such a cold and rainy day. Congratulations!

I like to hover over the spot. .. My son calls it "camping out" I'll target specific spots and I don't really troll around with the spider rig

I was on Cypress yesterday too, many called me crazy. It was cold, wet and nasty. Fished from 10:00am till 2:00, kept 37.
Some pics from other Cypress trips in the last few weeks.

Dang you guys are dedicated. Gonna take my 74 year old dad out in morning. Gonna be cold but we are going to try it. Where do I need to be looking for good 14' spots, on the creek channel?
