    I would try the area by the dam. I motored around until I seen them on the depth finder threw the marker buoy out on them and hovered within a 75 foot radius. Most of the time they will be in the creek channel... But yesterday they moved out of the creek where I was fishing

    I have been catching them in 18-20 f.o.w. 12' rods with shiners, right off the bottom, drifting between the launch and dam.

    Nice catch fellas. I like the "camp out" method also. TGE what kinda lectronics you use.

    It's a Lowrance DSi I don't know the exact model number off the top of my head also I have the transducer mounted on the foot of trolling motor

    I wish I could be there with ya'll. I used to love fishing Cypress and put out a lot of structure (bamboo buckets) in the lake. Have a great day.
