Yea I know ur not suppose to fish from them. But the people renting the slips want to stop the people that fish the slips out of a boat. I talked to a park ranger once and he said he has seen fights break out over it. If you go this spring just be aware it will be VERY crowded

If you don't rent a slip your not suppose to fish from them; just from a boat. Also there is a creek channel running through them; only a few of them are the best fishing. I haven't been there in three years or so but I may go next spring.

Some of those guys took a smart pill and started making stake beds from bamboo inside their slip
