    Default Old River

    at Morganza,

Went after work today. Got in the water about 5. No sun . Did make it cooler, but I like a bright sun at Old River. The sacs seem to bunch up mo better in button wood.

Hit my first spot and had to work to catch two. Big fat Old River fish. Move too the next one and caught a bunch of bar fish and a few more sacs. Had just enough day light to try one more spot with no bites.

Water looks good, it is lower than I like but a rise is coming

Looks like one has lost most of his tail. Sometimes wish they could tell what they've been doing.

Looks like you whacked the white bass. You gonna throw your back out lifting all that ice

Never cared for the white bass and stripers, always pitched them back. Are they any good?
