I've been fishing in and around Lake Boeuf and Lake Fields. I'm using road runners and slip bobbers with worms. In the past I've done great with grass shrimp but its been tough to find any.
I've thought about going around Bayou Black but I'm being told all the good fishing is a good ride from the dock and my boat only has a 25hp so it's not the fastest lol.

Any tips on tackle or types of live bait would be great?
