Simple way to export/share multiple placement locations (i.e. waypoints) from Google Earth:
Right Click with cursor on My Places (or create a folder under My Places & move selected wpts. into folder. Then only wpts. in that folder will be exported, not all of the wpts. in My Places folder).
Select 'Save Place As...', select location & filename to be created on computer.
A *.kmz file will be created that can then be shared/emailed/etc. as desired.
Swampman, I must be getting old!!!! I just realized I'm getting on 20 years in the basin, I went with my dad some as a youngster and just fell in love, got my drivers liscence in 1995 and been drivin across the levee ever since!
One of the proudest days of my life was today.... On the way back from the basin after tenting it and turkey hunting with my 8 year old, I told him we could buy a place in catahoula to live, but momma said no cause I'd never be home home, I'd always be in the basin. He said she's wrong, ME AND you would always be in the basin! Looks like he got the bug too
sjcrh, thanks for the tip. Things haven't been the best for me and the wife this past year but I haven't forgotten your kindness and do plan to see you in Youngsville one day.

You are correct my friend! Chuck Patin is just how most people know that spot. I know Boze, and his co captain who helped build that old blind. I've been to the old Indian Bayou hunting camps a few times when I was a kid. My uncle was a member, and hunted his old blind regular. Now people leave at midnight to claim it....lol, crazy.
