Went to Sorrel this morning. Water was high and in the woods. Also it looked like coffee when you pour creme in and don't stir it. Really weird thing happened today though. I could be in 7-8 ft of water and the trolling motor would kick up tons of mud. Just like it was buried in the bottom, but it wasn't. And sometimes, if I jerked my stopper too hard, it would stir up mud as well. Was the water saturated with mud? Never seen that before.
Anyway, we didn't even have a bump and threw worms and jigs. They didn't want anything to do with us today. Talked to a lady running trot lines and she only had a couple of small yellow cats. It was dead back there.
