Thread: Shiners in Houma/Thibodaux area

Where can I buy shiners in this area, or close to. Want to take my dad fishing this weekend. Thanks in advance.

Choupic, the only place I know of is in raceland. It's called Parks baits. It's at the corner of St. Phillip and Fern. Driving to Raceland from Thibodeaux on La. 1, go to the third street past highway 182 which is St. Phillip. Drive down to Fern and they are on the corner, left side. I hope you and your Dad catch a bunch. Where will you be fishing. I been hearing some scattered talk of some being caught around Lake Boeuf area, but nothing specific. Good luck.

Thanks for the info! My dad and I try to go fishing every chance we get. Its our favorite past time. We're debating between Lake Bouef and Cheremie. Probably end up flipping a coin like we always do. Lol
