Looks to be set up perfectly! Those batteries in the front will help keep the boat from porpoising when you've got a good amount of weight at the back of the boat.

I would maybe pop rivet a few 1.5" PVCs to the seat/front deck to serve as a rod holder/umbrella holder. Also pop-rivet some drink holders. But then again I always have too much junk in the boat!

EDIT: One thing I would look at is to add an outboard motor lock to the transom brackets on your outboard. Mine used to loosen up slightly over time and I would have to check them periodically. The transom lock keeps people from stealing the outboard and keeps the brackets in one spot (tightly fastened).
