    Default Toledo bend 5-1-13

Fished south Toledo yesterday. Water was pretty as always, the wind was calm, and the fish were biting. Ended with 41 sacs, 2 Bream, and a nice largemouth. None of the sacs were real big but most caught were average. Caught of black and chart. Roadrunner

Thanks for the report. You have to resize your pictures to post. How deep were they? Thanks for posting.

Nice mess! Thanks for the picture. I am guessing you are from the lake charles area with a name like msucowpoke? Good to have another neighbor on here. You can update it on your profile from just Louisiana if you would like, tends to help people out when you (we) ask questions

Good mess of Crappie. Have not been in over a month, but happy to hear that depth so when I get to go my little 1/32 Oz Roadrunners will do the trick!

Congrats on a good fishing trip!

Nice picture, and thanks for letting us know about the depth - I was thinking the same. Skip sent me some of those road runners he mentioned, and they will be submerged there shortly in a couple of weeks. Shiners will also be involved on another rod or two, can't help it, never leave home without them . Thanks for posting.
