    Default LiL Pigeon

Nice day in the swamp. Met by the Bald Egale half why down lil Pigeon. Wings spread on top of a old Cypress tree. Must have been dyring out after fish catching.
Went to big Pigeon first, water was muddy. Tugs Moving barges. Mostl fish were small. But they were there.
Game Wardsen (AKA Barney Fife) gave me a vist. Asked what I had in the box? Told a bunch of small fish. Said he wanted to see em. Go ahead I said and count em while your in there.:0 Big mistake. Now he wants to see everthing front to back. Told em Jig Rig trys to stay leagal. Had my stuff and more.
Probaly kept 15-20 sacs and one big Chink.Just before I headed home I watch two eagles fish catching in big pigeon. Gotta start bringing the camera.

Gotta start showing more respect to Barney Fife also. Seems like you oughta be on first name basis with the game wardens in the pigeon area by now. I think I saw those eagles myself last week. Saw one on Toledo Bend thursday. Wish the bite would have been better, but only kept a few bass and no sac's.

Adam, those are not dynamite, those are flares. You just have to light them and throw them as they are a little too bright to hold in your hand.

Im always fishing even when i aint

Mr Gene, u said it juuuuust right.

I thin just fine when I get to go.
I usually just cover 100 yrds and back.
pistol ain't into it at the moment and don't push him, afraid he'll turn his back all together. If you'd like me to send you pics of my 1 an 2 hr trips after work, I'd be happy to. OR you can come paddle with me…
Might get more than fish meat.
My aim is better with another in the
    back.
