What about BASS TRACKER stick steer 17ft ?
I have only looked at the smaller one...maybe 14 ft or so. My console steer Tracker was a 2001 165 ProCrappie and it was solid as a rock, never had a problem with it.
Mark 1:17 ...I will make you fishers of men
Look around for a used Sea Ark Forecast in a stick steer, these boats are setup nicely for Crappie Fishing and are built like tanks. The older models are rated for a 75HP outboard. They also have a nice dead rise for taking on bigger water.

I have a Sea Ark Forecast 170 and it is a crappie fisherman's dream. Only thing I don't like is no room for a double seat mount up front so my son and I can both fish from the front. Every once in a while I hear "Get me over closer to the structure." Other than that I love this boat.![]()
Its hard to beat a SeaArk
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I'm now looking for a used ready to fish SeaArk.
When I have a fishing partner I will use my pontoon and when I'm alone I will hopefully be fishing in my new to me SeaArk by spring.
Thanks to everyone for your comments CC members are the best.
The Sea Arks are tough to find, I'm not sure how many were made, but I looked around for a long time and only saw a handful for sale. I was fortunate to buy it from a gentlemen that enjoyed crappie fishing as much as I did. He only sold his boat in order to buy a bigger crappie boat. Mine is an older 2002 model and for whatever reason it's rated for up to 75HP. The carpet is a bit faded, but it rides and fishes very well. It has a great setup as far as access to live wells go. Of all the manufacturers, I really prefer the layout of the Forecast the best.
A few other panfish style boats worth consideration are Crestline and Tritons.
Crestliner makes a crappie style boat called the "Outlook"

Triton makes a crappie boat too. Never been in one, but I have seen them around.
Here is one that is for sale on craigslist right now. : TRITON BOATS 1657 SS STICK STEER MERCURY 40 ELPT EFI 4S
