    Default anyone catching any fish?

Sure has been slow around her lately, has anyone been doing any good? and if so where at.I have not fished in a while unless you count the couple of hours on D'rbonne with the cold front and wind blowing 100 mph.I have not been to poverty in a while and by the looks of things nobody else has either, unless they are keeping it to theirselves.Yucatan is on the rise,I just don't know where to go and catch a decent mess of crappie, any ideas?

I have only made a couple of trips in the last couple months and scratched both times. If the weather would straighten out things would be much better.

Was catching a few on Black Lake. The wind has been so bad the last week , decided to give them a rest till it lays down a little.

I gave up on the crappie. With all the up and down weather finding them has been difficult... so I went back to bass fishing this spring. Believe it or not i've caught more crappie on rage tails and flukes this spring then i've caught on crappie jigs all year... on the bright side i've been beating the bass up.

having lunch today with ex-coworkers so today is out......it is starting to get too hot for the wife & I so we try to pick the cooler days. Tomorrow at Morgan City 9 AM temp is 81.....feels like 87.....we have to stop at 10....trip last sat with no keepers....looks like Friday is the best day weather wise for us.....lower humidity and wind....looking ahead rain is moving in Sat thru next Thursday......I do not mind some rain but the wife has to protect her camera gear....we love Stephensville overall for picture taking and fishing....

Haven't been other than pond fishing in a while, pick up my new boat Friday & will do some bass fishing on Darbonne that afternoon, I'm thinking about taking my girlfriend below the spillway Saturday to try & catch some bream.
