    What is the deal with TVA clearing the Kentucky side? What is going on over there? I have heard they are wanting to start generating power, is this true? I look forward to learning what is going on down there.

    Google up Smithland Dam hydro project.

    This may clear some things up for you. We will see what restictions (if any) they put on bank fishing from these projects
