I’ve fished for crappie on Nolin and I’d give it two thumbs up. Right now the lakes in south central Kentucky are dealing with high water and the short term forecast isn’t looking too promising. Hopefully by the time you’re scheduled to arrive things will have settled and you’ll get your string stretched and put a smile on your face. Pappy touched base with me last night but I wasn’t able to get on, but he’s given you some good advice. I highly recommend creek arms for the time you have reserved, specifically Dog Creek. Nice boat ramp with a great parking lot. Whether you long line jigs, spider rig, or pitch to brush, you’ll do well in that area.
