Thread: Rough River

Anybody having any luck at Rough River this year. I have fished all the way up and down that area, both day and night and had no luck at all. I am thinking about going to Green River ( not Green River Lake ) down around Livermore, anyone ever fished there and had any luck?

Can't give you much suggestion about Rough River, only fished it once myself. As far as Green goes, the section close to here is really low. Both the ferry's at Mammoth Cave are shut down. I do have a friend who is a dedicated river fisherman, he fished Green a couple of weeks ago with his grandson and managed 13 bass. The heat and low water will probably make for some tough fishing conditions right now.

Thanks for the info Badbrad. These past couple of years has been some of the worse fishing I have ever seen. Its getting were the fishing is only good during the spring and fall months.
