Your best bet for good information is to contact Tyler Bloyd on Facebook. He is the KCT director. Go to the Kentucky Crappie trail Facebook page and message him from there. There have been some issues with using state ramps. Evidently they require a permit and liability insurance. I think it's getting worked out. Each division has a page on FB as well.
