A buddy of mine owns one of the few houses on the lake and he has a ramp next to him - The ramp is clear out of the water - However, it is a gradual decline and with a 4x4 you can still get your boat in. His house is in conley bottom and the local fisherman love that the water is down because they don't have to worry about all the competition. However, all the business'es hate it.
