Went to Nolin yesterday and caught 53 with my dad and caught 22 more this morning before we got tired of fighting the wind. He has caught over a 100 keepers this week before I got there. The benefits of being retired. Hope they stay like this until next weekend. They were shallow. Got a lot of nice size fish. Looks like they are ready to spawn. Water was up to 71 degrees on Friday afternoon and 68 when we came in today. The future looks good also, we caught almost as many short fish. A lot of just under 9 inchers. I also caught my first walleye on Nolin. It was pretty fun on the little jig.
