I've fished KY and Barkley lakes for well over 40 years. Sunday the boat traffic in one particular creek area was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Rodney Dangerfield in the lake scene in Caddie Shack comes to mind. We hung in and took the beating and caught 14 keeper crappie, a couple keeper bass and some catfish, all just a few hundred yards from the campground ramp.My clients wanted to know if it was always that bad since it was the first visit to KY Lake for some of them.
