His screen name appears when I try to send him a PM ... so his membership is good to go. Contact him and tell him he's in, and just needs to log in and start posting whenever he so desires.

ps ... I did not actually "send" him a PM, I just used the PM system to see if his screen name was recognized by the system. It was, so his membership entry is complete. He'll show up on the Members List after his first post.
