We don't discuss "weather", so as not to jinx ourselves(but, I'll make a judgement call, the day before, in case of the probability of severe weather ... and I'll post it here)

If they don't have minnows, stop at Green River Bait, West Egypt Road and Hwy 551 270-384-5206, When going to Holmes Bend Ramp you will see a sign on the right, go about 1 1/2 miles. Can't miss them, I have used him my last 2 trips, he opens at 5:30CST been well pleased, he also carriers shinners. I am trying to make it to slabfest, depends on my fishing partners work schedule and if I am free.
